Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Techstreet Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth through software services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through online research, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
  • Pitch software development and IT services to potential customers in domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align offerings with client needs.
  • Attend client meetings (online or in-person), understand requirements, and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upsell opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 6 month+ of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in the IT/software services industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM software.
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus.
