We are looking for a highly skilled N8N Automation Expert to design, build, and optimize automated workflows across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with N8N, API integrations, automation logic, and data transformations. You will work closely with our team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and build scalable automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using N8N.
- Integrate third-party APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) into workflows.
- Create custom logic, triggers, conditional flows, and error handling.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing N8N workflows for performance and reliability.
- Connect tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, ERPs, Shopify, WordPress, HubSpot, Zapier alternatives, etc.
- Map data structures and ensure proper data transformation and validation.
- Build scalable automations with clear documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand workflow requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3 Years
- Strong experience with N8N (mandatory).
- Proficiency in API integrations, webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth2, API keys, tokens).
- Good understanding of JavaScript, JSON, and basic coding concepts.
- Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug automation failures.
- Knowledge of workflow optimization and error-handling best practices.
- Experience with tools like Make (Integromat), Zapier, Pabbly Connect is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms.
- Understanding of CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Basic cloud knowledge (AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure).
- Experience creating custom N8N nodes (optional but valuable).
