We are looking for a skilled Lead Generation & Email Marketing Expert with proven experience in international B2B markets to drive new business opportunities and support our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B leads from international markets (US, Europe, Middle East, APAC, etc.) for IT software and web solutions.

Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns targeted at decision-makers (CXOs, IT heads, Procurement, etc.).

Research and identify potential clients using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and industry databases.

Build and manage verified contact databases while ensuring GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance.

Craft compelling outreach emails with personalized messaging to improve open, reply, and conversion rates.

Collaborate with the sales team to hand over Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for follow-up.

Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion ratio, pipeline contribution).

Implement A/B testing and automation workflows to improve campaign ROI.

Stay updated on international market trends and lead generation strategies for IT/software services.
Requirements

2–4 years of proven experience in international B2B lead generation and email marketing (IT/software/web industry preferred).

Strong knowledge of lead-gen tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, etc.

Hands-on experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or SendGrid.

Excellent written communication and persuasive email copywriting skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Understanding of global email compliance laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
