As we expand our footprint beyond India, we are seeking a visionary Business Development Manager who can drive global business growth and help shape the future of the company.

Role Overview:

This is not just a job—this is a co-founder opportunity for someone who thrives on building international markets, forging strategic partnerships, and scaling tech businesses globally. You’ll take charge of business development, sales, and strategic marketing efforts, particularly targeting North America, Europe, GCC, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities outside India, particularly in B2B and enterprise segments.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal development to contract closure.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Forge alliances with international agencies, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Revenue Ownership: Take ownership of quarterly/annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Define and execute GTM plans for different geographies and verticals.
  • Proposal & Pitching: Collaborate with tech teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Team Building: Recruit and lead a global sales and marketing team as business scales.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT software sales / SaaS / digital services.
  • Proven track record in international business development or sales expansion.
  • Deep understanding of software services, digital transformation, and custom development offerings.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and take leadership initiatives.
  • Strong network in international markets is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to join as co-founder with equity/options for the right candidate.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Prior entrepreneurial or startup experience.
  • Strong personal brand and presence in LinkedIn / tech communities.
  • Experience working with US, EU, GCC, or African markets.
  • Familiarity with tools like CRM, sales automation, proposal software, etc.
