Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Techstreet Solutions (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Techstreet”) and thank you for visiting our website https://techstreet.in. By accessing or using our services, website, or entering into any agreement with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

General Terms

1.1 Scope of Services
Techstreet Solutions is a full-service IT company offering software development, web and mobile app development, ERP solutions, cloud services, IT consulting, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

1.2 Use of Services
Clients are expected to use our services responsibly. Any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical use of our services may result in immediate termination of the agreement and/or legal action.

1.3 Engagement
Engagements are based on formal proposals or contracts accepted by both parties. All deliverables, timelines, and payments will be as defined in individual agreements or statements of work (SOWs).

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Terms

2.1 AMC Packages and Support Hours

The following support call limits apply based on the monthly value of the AMC:

Less than ₹5,000

                          Up to 2 hours 30 minutes

₹5,000 – ₹10,000

                          Up to 10 hours

More than ₹10,000

                          Up to 20 hours

  • Any support required beyond these hours will be billed separately on a per-hour basis as per the agreed rate.
  • Support hours include time spent on phone calls, remote support, and on-site visits (if applicable).

 

2.2 Service Scheduling

  • Support will be provided during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST).
  • Emergency or after-hours support may be provided based on availability and may incur additional charges.

 

2.3 Exclusions

  • AMC does not cover hardware replacement costs, third-party software licensing, or issues caused by third-party tools unless explicitly stated.

 

AMC does not include new feature development or major design changes; such tasks will be handled as separate projects.

Data Liability Disclaimer

  • Techstreet Solutions is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or damage caused directly or indirectly during the course of service delivery, support, or software deployment.
  • Clients are solely responsible for maintaining regular backups of their data and ensuring system protection.
  • Any recovery or restoration effort due to data loss will be considered a separate service and charged accordingly.

Payment Terms

  • Invoices are due as per the payment schedule agreed upon.
  • Delayed payments beyond 15 days may attract a late fee or suspension of services until dues are cleared.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days.
  • In case of early termination, any work completed until the termination date will be billed accordingly.
  • No refunds will be issued for AMC plans already billed unless stated in a separate agreement.

Confidentiality

All information shared between Techstreet Solutions and the client shall remain confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent, unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Techstreet Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by the client or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to Terms

Techstreet Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
